Statement: Sometimes you need to talk to yourself. Check in with yourself. Only you can do it truthfully, you can give the guidance you crave. Build your relationship with yourself. You have the power. Turn to yourself when the other does not provide satisfaction. Check in with yourself. How are you?
Circles (2021)

Statement: You are the circle, you are whole, you are dynamic, you hold personal depth, you are the culmination of multiple influences. Each circle represents the whole of individuality, the whole of someone. You are the circle, you are whole, you are someone. You are only you.
The forms and messages of my "Meditation Mirrors" series of personal mirrors, originally inspired by the isolation period of the Covid 19 pandemic, are evolving as the dynamics and impacts of the pandemic change. Mirrors are embedded in layers of handmade paper from reclaimed paper sources. I was drawn to handmade paper processes while earning my BFA at School of Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts University and now create fine art and artisan works in Calabasas, Los Angeles County.
