Throughout recorded history, the rhythm of lunar cycles has been a key guidepost for humankind. Whether new, waxing, waning, or full, the Moon's presence has profound effects upon the Earth and its inhabitants. Whether we choose to honor her or not, she quietly influences our tides, moods, and sleep patterns.
Biography
Lisa Miles is a papermaker and book artist who focuses on hand-beaten bark papers. Originally from New England, Miles considers Santa Fe, New Mexico, home. She holds an MFA in Book Arts from the University of Iowa Center for the Book, and currently serves on the NAHP Board as treasurer.
